Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong partnerships with leadership and employees to foster a positive work environment.
- Provide guidance and counseling to leadership on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and counseling, learning and development, talent management, and succession planning.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall job satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Training Department to develop and deliver leadership training programs.
- Manage the regions' relationship with local unions, fostering positive union/company relationships and ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
- Investigate employee complaints and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive employer-employee relationship.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
