Summary
We’re seeking a Client Services Director to serve as the professional face of our company to our airline partners. This part-time, senior-level role is ideal for someone with a strong background in aviation, hospitality, or transportation, who enjoys purposeful, flexible work.
You’ll act as a key point of contact for our airline client at LAX—ensuring visibility, trust, and consistent service follow-through. Your presence will help reinforce our operational reliability and maintain strong client relationships.

What You’ll Do
- Visit LAX: On-site presence 4 times during your first month, then twice monthly to engage with the client and observe front-line operations
- Attend virtual meetings: Participate in monthly safety meetings led by our airline customer
- Lead client communication: Act as the primary point of contact during service escalations or key interactions
- Strengthen relationships: Maintain and rebuild trust through proactive, professional communication
- Collaborate internally: Work closely with company leadership to relay client needs and service feedback
- Provide brief reports: Summarize client conversations and operational insights to help drive improvements
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a client-facing role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, especially under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Familiarity with airline operations, logistics, or ground transportation
- Comfortable using virtual communication tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Must be able to pass TSA/FAA background checks
