As an Assistant Store Manager at Scrubs & Beyond, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs and providing exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Model excellent customer service.
- Assist store manager to achieve location's sales plan and performance targets.
- Continually train and coach staff.
- Assist store manager in completing all operational activities.
- Implement all merchandising guidelines in a timely manner.
- Assist in the management of store inventory.
- Manage loss prevention techniques.
- Ensure all cash management duties are followed.
- Follow the store's opening and closing procedures.
- Demonstrate regular attendance and timeliness.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
