Job Summary
Shoebacca, a leading e-commerce site specializing in footwear, seeks a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and optimize our online sales channels, including error resolution and correcting suppressed listings. Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and an understanding of eCommerce product listings, Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces will allow you to excel in this position.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee listings and resolutions across third-party ecommerce platforms, including Amazon.
- Communicate with Seller Support teams from third-party marketplaces to troubleshoot and resolve listing errors efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including merchandising, operations, and IT, to align product data, resolve discrepancies, and enhance selling performance.
- Audit listings regularly to identify and resolve errors, ensuring platform compliance and optimal visibility.
- Maintain accurate product information and listings across all marketplaces, emphasizing minimizing error rates.
- Stay updated on platform policies and marketplace trends to ensure listings comply with standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 2+ years experience managing listings and error resolution on Amazon. eBay, Walmart, TikTok or other third-party marketplace experience a plus.
- Experience with Rithum/Channel Engine or other system is a plus; ERP experience (e.g., Acumatica) is preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Background in the footwear industry is a plus.
- Basic data entry experience with a focus on accuracy.
