Responsibilities
- Creating or repairing pairings to meet scheduling needs
- Monitoring pre-assignment opportunities to ensure efficient use of resources
- Coordinating hotel and ground transportation arrangements for crew members
- Managing cancellations, modifications, and deadhead bookings
- Importing flight cancellations, equipment substitutions, and schedule revisions
- Following up with crew members on operational and planning changes
- Responding to queries from pilots and maintaining accurate data entries
- Supporting Crew Schedulers with ad hoc requirements
