Key Responsibilities

* Flight Assistance: Help customers with flight-related questions including baggage policies, flight status, boarding procedures, and other travel-related inquiries.
* Booking Management: Assist customers with managing their bookings, including ticketing, changes, upgrades, and refund requests.

* Full-time and part-time positions are available.
