We are a leading web and mobile app development company, looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive/Lead Generation Specialist to spearhead our expansion into the USA. This is a remote opportunity to make a significant impact and drive substantial revenue growth.
Your Mission:
You will be the driving force behind our USA market penetration, responsible for building a robust sales pipeline and securing new clients for our web and mobile app development services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of building something new.
What You'll Do:
- Identify & Qualify Leads: Proactively research and identify high-potential prospects within the USA market (specifically targeting businesses seeking web and mobile app development) using various lead generation techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, industry events, online research).
- Develop & Nurture Relationships: Build rapport and trust with key decision-makers at target companies through strategic outreach and engagement.
- Craft & Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and implement tailored sales approaches to convert leads into qualified opportunities and ultimately, paying clients.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the USA, particularly in the web and mobile app development space.
- Present & Persuade: Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demos that showcase the value proposition of Company's web and mobile app development services.
- CRM Management: Diligently track all sales activities and maintain an accurate pipeline in our CRM. [If you have one, mention it. If not, you can remove the detail]
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with our development and project management teams to ensure alignment and seamless client onboarding.

What You Bring:

- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace.
- Time Zone Flexibility: Availability to work within USA time zones (specifically EST or PST would be beneficial).

- Existing network of contacts within the USA market, particularly in the technology or startup sectors.
- Experience with cold email outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other sales automation tools.
