Neo4j is looking for a Sr. IT Support Engineer remotely in the US! We continue to grow and are looking for a resourceful, people-focused, and tenacious Engineer. The successful candidate will prioritize automating IT deliverables and working collaboratively with the business. As we continue to scale IT’s capabilities, having an understanding of IT maturity and knowing what great can look like is critical to achieving our goals. You are an expert at working with cross-functional teams, can deal with a lot of ambiguity, and synthesize large amounts of information into a straightforward story that keeps everyone aligned. You’re a self-starter who loves to own things end-to-end. You make things happen and like being rewarded with autonomy.
What you’ll do:
Scale our tools (endpoint, identity, security, network, and AV infrastructure).
Apply your deep understanding of cloud-first IT to our environment when looking for opportunities to improve our user experience.
Deliver solutions that integrate with our existing tech stack and suggest new tools to help us meet the demand of the business.
Identity and access management, overall IT processes and automation, documentation and project ownership, and helpdesk request handling in a courteous, effective and efficient manner.
You will show your passion for resolving user issues' root causes, using APIs to connect applications, script/automate everyday tasks using low/no-code systems, and balancing business needs with employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Identity and access management, overall IT processes and automation, documentation and project ownership, and helpdesk request handling.
Scale our tools (endpoint, identity, security, network, and AV infrastructure).
Effectively collaborate with a distributed, global IT team and workforce.
Find innovative ways to automate requests to ensure the team can keep up with the growing business demands.
Monitor and develop playbooks for partner cloud infrastructure.
Provide relevant data points, reports, and recommendations to IT leadership, as needed.
Administer, manage, and improve our growing SaaS presence.
Solve tickets in a courteous, effective, and efficient manner.
Ensure equipment is appropriately inventoried, maintained and purchased.
Occasional travel, both domestic and international, may be required
Some heavy lifting will be required.
Experience:
At least 5 years of corporate experience with:
Endpoints running MacOS, Windows, Linux & iOS
Google Workspace
SaaS administration, and management on platforms such as Okta, Slack, O365, Github, Atlassian suite, Zoom, and many more.
MDM solutions such as JAMF, Intune
Security tools such as Crowdstrike
Strong network troubleshooting skills (preferably Meraki infrastructure)
Managing incidents, changes, and service requests on a ticketing platform within ITIL standards
Experience and preference towards scripting or coding over repetitive tasks
IAM cloud experience is a bonus
