Job Description:
The Store Consultant is a customer-focused team member who consistently delivers a positive experience to all customers. They utilize consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by using consultative skills to understand each customer's individualized need
- Recommend appropriate FedEx Office products and services to meet customer needs
- Operate and maintain various equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment
- Assemble parcels, prepare goods for shipping, and weigh packages
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store
- Process financial transactions, handle cash, and make change
