Remote Logistics Specialist | WFH Opportunity id-5647
Job Overview
We are actively seeking a results-oriented and detail-focused Logistics Specialist to enhance our logistics operations team based in Santa Ana, CA. This position is vital in facilitating the timely and efficient delivery of products to our clientele, contributing significantly to overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete delivery lifecycle, including order initiation, carrier assignment, tracking of shipments, and final customer delivery.
- Utilize advanced Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to devise effective load plans and optimize delivery routes.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to align with customer service, transportation, and returns departments, ensuring that customer expectations are consistently met.
- Conduct data analysis to track key performance indicators, generating reports that identify improvement opportunities within the logistics framework.
- Address and resolve any customer concerns by liaising directly with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing enhancements to logistics processes that boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
