- Sort and organize packages according to destination and delivery deadlines.
- Load and unload packages onto delivery trucks and ensure proper placement and security.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks to move and position packages.
- Verify package information and ensure accuracy for delivery.
- Meet and exceed daily productivity and performance goals.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages.
- Report any issues or discrepancies with packages or equipment to the appropriate supervisor.
- Adapt to changing work demands and schedules to meet customer needs.
- Attend and participate in training and development programs to improve job performance.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and productivity.
- Lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
