A successful candidate must be able to:

  • Partner with B2C and B2B sales channel team leaders and IT to understand, document, and analyze business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Shape business requirements by evaluating needs, suggesting alternatives, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Benchmark current processes against industry best practices to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Provide hands-on functional support for E-Commerce, Quoting, ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage system configurations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the stability and integration of orders to cash-related systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and external partners to test, validate, and deploy system changes or enhancements.
  • Lead and/or participate in order to cash process-related projects, including the rollout of new systems capabilities, process redesign initiatives, and technology upgrades.
  • Develop project scopes, create functional requirements, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions while managing project risks and communicating progress to stakeholders.
  • Act as the key point of contact for sales and operations stakeholders, ensuring requirements are accurately captured and implemented.
  • Train and support end users on system functionality and process changes.
  • Proactively monitor system performance, manage incidents, and conduct root cause analyses to prevent the recurrence of issues.
  • Lead change management efforts to minimize disruption during system implementations or updates.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and technology advancements to recommend innovative solutions.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Work experience in B2C and B2B sales channels, experience with multiple distribution models in an environment of diverse brands and product types.
  • Ability to align B2C, and B2B orders to cash business processes and IT initiatives with business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships across departments and drive team success.
  • Ensure accuracy in requirements gathering, system configurations, and documentation.
  • Lead stakeholders through process improvements and system changes with minimal disruption.
  • Familiarity with testing tools, reporting platforms, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Hands-on expertise in ERP systems such as NetSuite, BigCommerce, or other equivalent solutions in a multi-channel distribution company.
  • Proven track record of executing enterprise projects in order to cash business process domain.

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience in business analysis, supply chain operations, or related fields.
  • Experience with process mapping, requirements documentation, and solution testing.
  • NetSuite and BigCommerce experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in a manufacturing or global operations environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of supply chain and operations processes.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and ITIL frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical teams and business leaders.
