Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to our customers. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while managing the logistics of transporting products. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving unloading cargo, and maintaining a positive interaction with customers.

Requirements

Duties

  • Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and other company vehicles.
  • unload products efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Navigate routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
  • Handle heavy lifting and moving of goods as required.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar courier role preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to lift heavy items (up to 150pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with loading/unloading.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment such as forklifts is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while on the road.
  • Attention to detail for accurate record keeping and adherence to delivery schedules.
  • Must be able to pass any required background checks or screenings.

Pay: From $160.00 per day
