Key Responsibilities:

- Proficiency in using reservation and ticketing software.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operation with rotating shifts and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor degree is a plus).
- Previous customer service experience is desirable but not mandatory.
