Delivery Driver - FedEx Ground, Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland id-13206
About the position
WY International Inc is seeking dedicated delivery drivers for FedEx Ground operations in Redmond, Bellevue, and Kirkland. We are looking for reliable, responsible, and honest individuals to join our team. The position offers flexible scheduling with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or weekend work. Our operations are based out of the FedEx Ground terminal in Redmond, WA, where we typically provide work schedules of 5 to 6 days per week, including weekends. New hires will undergo one to two weeks of paid training, depending on their prior experience. This role does not require a CDL license, making it accessible to a wider range of candidates. - Deliver packages in a timely and safe manner.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Lift packages up to 50 lbs and handle packages up to 150 lbs using a dolly.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Clean background check.
- Commercial driving experience (e.g., Uber, valet, UPS, Amazon).
- Clean driving record within the last 2 years.
- Pass a drug screen and medical exam before training.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and handle packages up to 150 lbs using a dolly.

- Average pay after training: $4500 - $5800 per month.
- Sign-on bonus of $1200, with $600 payable after 90 days of employment.
