Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures to clients
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction
- Document client interactions and maintain detailed records of all communications
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed
- Assist in the training of new team members to promote consistent service delivery
- Contribute to team goals by meeting performance metrics and supporting a positive team environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Empathetic approach towards clients with a strong desire to provide excellent service
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business
- Authorized to work in the USA.
