  2. Ensure timely delivery of packages and documents to meet customer expectations.
  3. Adhere to all traffic and safety laws while operating company vehicles.

  5. Handle packages and documents with care to prevent damage or loss.
  6. Provide excellent customer service by being friendly and professional at all times.
  7. Communicate with customers regarding any delivery delays or issues.
  8. Maintain a neat and organized delivery vehicle.
  9. Follow company policies and procedures for package handling and delivery.
  10. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient delivery routes.
  11. Monitor and report any vehicle maintenance needs or issues.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for FedEx by upholding the company's values and mission.
  13. Continuously strive to meet and exceed delivery performance metrics.
  14. Troubleshoot and resolve any delivery-related problems that may arise.
  15. Stay up-to-date on any changes in delivery routes, procedures, or policies.
  16. Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding package delivery.
  17. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company.
  18. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License: A Courier At Fedex Must Have A Valid Driver's License In Order To Operate Company Vehicles And Make Deliveries.
  • Clean Driving Record: A Clean Driving Record Is Essential For A Courier As They Will Be Responsible For Transporting Important Packages And Documents For Customers. Any Accidents Or Traffic Violations Can Reflect Poorly On The Company's Reputation.
  • Physical Fitness: The Job Of A Courier Requires A Lot Of Physical Activity, Including Lifting And Carrying Heavy Packages, Walking Long Distances, And Climbing Stairs. Therefore, Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.
  • Customer Service Skills: Couriers At Fedex Are Often The Face Of The Company, As They Interact Directly With Customers During Deliveries. Good Customer Service Skills, Such As Communication And Problem-Solving, Are Important In Ensuring A Positive Experience For Customers.
