Code Migration from AVR architecture to ESP32 ID-1046

Hello! I'm looking for a talented Arduino programmer to migrate a single code.  I'm working on a personal project that I'm a little stuck on. I want to controll a Playstation 2 with a ESP32. I have a code that (supposedly) works, but it's built with the older AVR architecture, I believe with the Atmega328P in mind.

Because of this, I'm not able to upload the code to the more modern esp32.  While I'm very familiar with arduinos in general, I'm not at all with SPI communication and don't know how to properly migrate this code.
