Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate, timely, and effective assistance to customers regarding their inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and system procedures to provide accurate guidance.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact with people of all backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
- Basic technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
